We do our best to let the most frequently asked questions be public here, avoiding potential conflicts in the future, and also making sure that our time is not spent on explaining, but developing and delivering:

1. Are all of your services 100% upfront with payment?

FIRST IN LINE (FIL Group) offers a wide range of graphic design services, including logo design, SEO services, banner design, web design, and much more, which are not possible to take back, edit, and we take payment for our time spent on these projects. Therefore we take 100% upfront payment from all clients and all projects, making sure that all elements of our partnership is maintained properly, even the chain of staff.

2. What is my guarantee that you will deliver?

First, we are an established agency that has worked with multiple clients and brands known worldwide. Our reputation itself should be more than a guarantee of our services and proper customer support. Besides this we also offer all our clients a written agreement, where we both sign a document online through our partners at contractbook.com, where we make sure that legally both sides are bound for the payment and delivery. This is done 100% for safety of both parties, and all information shared is not stored any other places than on the contractbook.com platform.

3. Do you offer unlimited revisions?

We offer three free modifications as part of the price. Additional modifications may incur extra costs, which will be negotiated in advance. But if you have a specific amount and request, we can also give you a fixed price including revisions.

4. Do you update the maps automatically?

Keeping the map up-to-date is not included in the pricing that is offered when developing the map. Sometimes Valve or Epic Games might release a buggy update that crashes the map, which requires a lot of time to fix, and due to this amount of work, we are not able to offer this service for free, unfortunately.

5. Who is to blame if something goes wrong?

We strive to deliver services of the highest quality, but we cannot guarantee specific results. We assume no liability for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of our services. We reserve the right to also refuse any project.

6. How fast do you deliver?

We commit to delivering our services within a reasonable timeframe, but we do not guarantee delivery within a shorter period than we can handle. Express delivery incur extra costs.

7. Can we get our money back?

We do not refund money if the client has changed their mind or wishes for a shorter deadline for the services. Our payment policy remains unchanged.

8. Changes to our rules / policies

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility as a customer/visitor to review them regularly for any changes.

9. Force majeure

FIRST IN LINE (FIL Group) is not liable to the customer when the following circumstances occur after the agreement has been entered into and prevent or delay the fulfillment of the agreement: war and mobilization, riots and disturbances, terrorist acts, natural disasters, strikes and lockouts, scarcity of goods at FIRST IN LINE’s suppliers and defects or delays in deliveries from subcontractors, fire, lack of transportation options, currency restrictions, import and export restrictions, death, illness or departure of key personnel, computer viruses, or other circumstances over which FIRST IN LINE has no direct control. In this case, FIRST IN LINE is entitled to postpone delivery until the obstacle to performance has ceased or alternatively cancel the agreement in whole or in part without liability.

10. Complaints

You have the right to be informed about the personal data we process about you in a commonly used format (data portability). You may also object at any time to the use of the information. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of information about you. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to complain about our processing of your personal data, you also have the option to contact the Data Protection AuthorityIf you no longer wish us to process your personal data, or to limit the processing of your personal data, you can also send us a request to the above email address.

FIRST IN LINE (FIL Group) was established in 2023 and operates under Danish law. Thus, in case of a dispute, it is handled under Danish law, in the city where the company’s address is located.
